IMU CET 2019 Application Form

  • The university will release the application only via online mode.
  • Candidates will fill the IMU CET 2019 online application form from 1st April 2019.
  • It shall be available until fifth May 2019 aside from BBA course.
  • Candidates must upload scanned replica of the {photograph}, signature, 10th Mark Sheet (as evidence of Date of Birth), 12th std/degree certificates (if appropriate), category certificates & different related documents.
  • After form submission, applicants will have to download the print replica of an application for long term use.
  • The university can even ship an e mail/SMS to the registered candidate about form submission.

Application Fee:

The application fee is Rs. 1000 (General) & Rs. 700 (SC/ST category). Candidates can submit the fee via online (bank card/debit card) mode.

For UG Courses-

Age Criteria:

  • Minimum Age: The minimal age limit will have to be 17 years as on 1st August 2019.
  • Maximum Age: The most age limit will have to be 25 years as on 1st August 2019.
  • Relaxation: There shall be Five years relaxation in most age limit for SC/ST category.

Qualification Criteria:

B.Sc (PCM)/B.Sc (Electronics with Physics as person subject in one of the vital years) with marks now not not up to 60% marks.
OR
Passed BE/B.Tech with minimal 50% marks.
Note: English Marks are to be 50% or extra in any one of the vital above exam.

For PG Courses-

Note: Candidates with prescribed GATE/GRE Scores are exempted from IMU’s CET.
M.Tech (Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering/Dredging and Harbour Engineering)Passed Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/ Civil/ Marine /Naval Architecture or similar with 60% aggregate.
MBA (Port & Shipping Management/International Transportation Logistics Management)Passed bachelor’s degree in any self-discipline with the minimal of 50% marks & 50% marks (English) in class 10th/12th/UG degree.

Note: For SC/ST category, there shall be 5% relaxation in eligibility marks, it’ll now not apply to English marks. Appearing Candidates too can apply however they qualify the exam earlier than 31st May 2019.

Other Eligibility:

  • Candidates will have to be medically are compatible & meet the scientific necessities as laid out in DGS pointers.

  • Exam Mode: The exam shall be arranged via online mode.
  • Number of Questions: In the exam, general 200 questions (for all UG) & general 120 questions (for MBA/M.Sc/M.Tech) shall be asked.
  • Type of Questions: The questions shall be more than one choice sorts.
  • Duration: The exam shall be of three hours.
  • Marking Scheme: For the correct answer, one mark shall be allocated to the applicants.
  • Negative Marking: There shall be no destructive marking for the mistaken answer.

IMU CET Syllabus 2019

The IMU CET 2019 syllabus for UG courses is consisting of English, General Aptitude, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at Plus 2 degree.

In the MBA & M.Sc exam, the questions shall be asked from Quantitative skill, Data interpretation, Verbal skill and Logical Reasoning.

For M.Tech course, the syllabus shall be constructed from English, Mathematics and considered one of Mechanical Engineering/Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering/Civil Engineering.

IMU CET Admit Card 2019

The admit card for UG & PG courses shall be announced on 15th May 2019. Candidates will download IMU CET 2019 admit card only via online mode at the official web page.

IMU CET Counselling 2019
